Thank you for your willingness to share your time and talent with Amor. We are constantly in search of great video footage and photographs. Before uploading your materials to us, please take a moment to read, agree to, and digitally sign the Release of Liability.

Media Upload Release of Liability

I hereby grant permission to Amor Ministries to use my photograph(s) and/or video(s). I hereby grant permission to edit, crop, or retouch such photographs and videos, and waive any right to inspect the final photographs and videos. I hereby consent to and permit photographs and videos of me and/or those of my minor children (if applicable) to be used for any purpose, including educational and advertisement purposes, and in any medium, including print and electronic.

I understand that the photographs/videos may be used with or without associating names thereto. I further waive any claim for compensation of any kind for the use or publication of photographs and video of me and/or those of my minor children (if applicable).
